FPL3000 Banking Card Flexible Personalization & Issuance System

The Card Issuance System is equipped with dual card input magazines, each with a capacity of up to 500 cards, enabling efficient high-volume card personalization. It supports automatic magazine switching with integrated chip detection and dual-card detection to ensure secure and accurate card handling. A quick-release maintenance design minimizes downtime, making it ideal for banking card issuance systems and government ID card personalization applications.

The Central Card Issuance System is equipped with dual magnetic heads, enabling simultaneous writing and reading functions with full ISO7811 compliance for encoding tracks 1, 2, and 3. It supports all major standards, including ISO, AAMVA, and JIS formats, with configurable HICO and LOCO magnetic encoding options. 

The Financial Card Issuance System features an advanced IC personalization module with 16 contact Perso stations and 8 contactless Perso stations, enabling high-efficiency smart card production. It integrates 4 sets of PIOTEC PT204PT four-in-one contact readers supporting ISO7816 protocols, along with 2 sets of PT1304N contactless readers compatible with ISO14443A/B, MIFARE, ISO/IEC 15693, and FeliCa standards. 

FPL3000 secure high-volume card issuance system is equipped with dual cleaning rollers that ensure thorough double-sided card cleaning prior to personalization. This process effectively removes dust and surface contaminants to guarantee optimal print and encoding quality. It is designed for reliable, high-speed operation in banking card issuance systems and large-scale secure card personalization environments.

The centralized card issuance solution includes monochrome thermal printing modules with a resolution of 300 DPI, and supports scalable expansion by adding additional modules based on production requirements. It is compatible with multiple image formats, including BMP, GIF, TIFF, and PNG, ensuring flexible data processing for card personalization. The system also features intelligent monitoring functions such as color ribbon breakage detection and remaining ribbon alerts, enabling stable and efficient operation in high-volume secure card issuance environments.

The Card Personalization and Issuance System integrates an advanced DOD inkjet printing module consisting of a plasma unit, DOD inkjet system, and UV curing unit, ensuring high-quality and durable card personalization. It supports optional expansion with an additional DOD module, enabling dual-sided printing speeds of up to 6000 cards per hour. The system is compatible with black/white monochrome inkjet printing as well as optional YMCK full-color printing, delivering a maximum resolution of up to 1200 DPI. With dual-sided printing capability, it achieves 6000 UPH for single-sided and 3000 UPH for double-sided output, ensuring high-speed, precise, and scalable secure card personalization and issuance operations.

The Government ID Card Issuance Solution integrates a 20W fiber laser system with an advanced extraction unit and built-in smoke purifier to ensure clean and stable operation during high-security personalization processes. It supports high-precision laser engraving on both sides of the card, including micro-text, barcodes, QR codes, machine-readable codes, CLI/MLI features, Braille, and high-quality grayscale images, with a resolution of up to 1600 DPI. 

The Financial Card Issuance Platform supports high-precision embossing and indenting character printing, including dual-sided indenting capability for enhanced card personalization. It features a character plate capacity of up to 120 characters and fully complies with ISO standards for international credit card character sets. The system also includes intelligent monitoring functions, such as indenting ribbon breakage detection and remaining ribbon alerts.

The credential issuance system is equipped with dual card output magazines, each with a maximum capacity of 500 cards, enabling efficient and continuous high-volume output. This configuration ensures smooth card handling and reliable stacking during production.
