ESD200A Sheet Laser Cutting Machine is designed for high-precision cutting of ID cards and passport data pages. It supports ID-1 and ID-3 sheets made of PC, ABS, PETG and PVC materials. Equipped with a 20W UV picosecond laser, visual positioning camera and high-precision motion platform, the machine delivers micron-level cutting accuracy. Integrated modules for feeding, laser cutting, cleaning, visual inspection and collection ensure stable processing and reliable finished product quality.
Equipped with 1 adjustable hopper, which can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the size of the material. The hopper supports materials with a minimum size of 190mm × 288.5mm and a maximum size of 385mm × 475mm;
